Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Hôtel Les Mèdes and its customers concerning room reservations, related services and any other services offered by the Hotel. Any reservation and use of the Hotel's services implies acceptance of these conditions.
Booking conditions :
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the stay.
The payment of this deposit and the validation (digital or paper) of the present general sales conditions are essential prerequisites for the registration of any reservation.
Authorized payments: Credit card, Cash, Holiday vouchers.
Cheques and AMEX are not accepted.
The balance of the stay is payable on the day of departure.
Cancellation / date change :
Cancellation at + more than 7 days from the date of arrival: refund or credit note valid for one year.
Cancellation at - of 7 days date of arrival: 100% of deposit retained.
*No-shows are subject to payment of the full amount of the stay booked.
*In the event of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
Conditions of stay :
ACCESS TO ROOMS AND ACCOMMODATION :
Check In: From 3pm.
Check Out: No later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Attention Failure to respect this schedule will result in the billing of an additional night.
Luggage storage is available around the clock.
BREAKFAST :
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00 in the breakfast room.
Children over 12 will be considered as adults for the breakfast rate.
ANIMALS :
Although we appreciate our animal friends very much, we do not allow them in the hotel.
Occupancy, damage & accidents nuisances :
Failure to comply with the above rules will automatically engage the customer's civil liability:
*-The room or apartment reserved is intended for a specific number of people. It is strictly forbidden to accommodate additional persons.
In the event of non-compliance, management reserves the right to refuse access to rooms without reimbursement or compensation.
*-Our rooms and apartments are at your disposal, checked, functional and in good condition. We therefore ask you to respect the premises and equipment. We encourage you to report any defects or malfunctions to reception.
*-Please behave in a way that does not disturb other guests or local residents. Any nuisance may lead the management to ask you to leave the establishment.
*- The «Honest Bar», although self-service, is not free of charge, so please note your consumption carefully.
The customer is responsible for any damage or deterioration caused within the establishment by himself or any person under his responsibility.
The management reserves the right to charge the cost of repairing, replacing or restoring damaged goods, including after the customer's departure, to the means of payment communicated at the time of booking.
No smoking
It is STRICTLY Smoking is prohibited in rooms (even with windows open) and in areas connected to the establishment.
Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a fixed penalty of €250 being deducted from the deposit taken at Check-In.
