How do I get to Porquerolles island?
Depending on your port of departure, a number of shipping companies can take you to the island of Porquerolles.
The easiest way is to leave from the Tour Fondue (pier on the Giens peninsula) and take a TLV shuttle (timetable and information on their website): 15-minute crossing.
Where can I park my car?
Depending on your port of departure, you'll always find parking.
If you leave from the Tour Fondue, you'll find a number of guarded pay parking lots.
What are the hotel's check-in/check-out and opening hours?
Rooms are available from 3 pm - until 11 am on the day of departure.
Is the room rate per person or per room?
Rates are per room.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be booked for €18 per adult.
Is your establishment adapted for people with reduced mobility?
We don't have a «PMR» room, but we do have a room on the ground floor that can accommodate wheelchair users. We advise you to contact reception for specific requests.
Are pets allowed on your premises?
Although we appreciate our animal friends very much, we do not allow them in the hotel.
Do the bathrooms have bathtubs or showers?
We offer bathrooms equipped with shower or bathtub. Please do not hesitate to contact reception for any special requests.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
We have a restaurant adjoining the hotel: the FLY DECK (information and reservations on the restaurant tab).
We do not offer half-board.
Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before arrival or after departure?
We offer a secure luggage room where you can leave your belongings on Check-In and Check-Out days.
Does the hotel have bicycle parking?
We offer bike racks in front of the building (locks are not provided).
Does the hotel have wifi access?
Free wifi access in rooms and throughout the hotel.
Can I request a specific room number?
Due to our schedule, we cannot guarantee a room number. However, please let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I specify a particular request?

How can I cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellation and modification conditions are indicated on your booking confirmation. Please contact the hotel for clarification. However, you can cancel or modify your reservation by clicking on the appropriate link on your confirmation.
Can I leave early during my stay?
During your stay, please contact reception directly on site.
Which credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept all credit cards except American Express.
Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?
Our hotel is entirely non-smoking.
Is Hôtel Les Medes committed to an ecological approach?
The hotel is committed to reducing plastic consumption as much as possible. To this end, we no longer offer bottled water in rooms, but you will find a water fountain accessible 24 hours a day in the lobby. Don't hesitate to contact us again to find out more about our commitment to sustainable development.
Are all rooms equipped with a safe?

Can 3 people stay in a double room, for example?
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people per room. It is only possible to add a cot.
If I'm travelling with a child, can I request a cot?
Of course, you'll need to specify this when booking, and it will be offered to you and installed.
Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?
We do not offer extra beds: the rooms are designed and optimized for a specific number of people. It is only possible to add a cot.
Can I take advantage of the Port - Hotel shuttle service?
On request and free of charge, our car service can pick you up at the port or bring you back when you leave.
How much does a cab cost from the airport or train station to the Tour Fondue landing stage?
Depending on the time of day, packages cost between €30 and €40.
Is there a cab rank near the Tour Fondue landing stage?
Yes, there's a cab rank and a bus stop (line 67) (timetables on the Mistral network website).
What languages are spoken at reception?
Reception welcomes you in French, English and Spanish, but above all with a smile.
Does the hotel accept vacation vouchers?
We accept vacation vouchers and Vacances Connect vouchers (dematerialized).
